Robert Hallowes, formerly Purser of the ADVICE, is to be appointed Purser of the STERLING CASTLE, in the room of the former deceased. You are to enter him accordingly together with such allowance of wages and victuals for himself and servant. His warrant is to be dated 14 October 1696.
