We have confirmed a warrant given by Admiral Russell dated 2 September 1695, for Christopher Winscall to be Purser of the TORBAY [?]. You are to enter him accordingly together with such allowance of wages and victuals for himself and servant. His warrant is to be dated 14 October 1696.
