Your letter of 9 October advised that the advice boat building at Arundel cannot be launched for want of officers and men to receive and fit her for sea. In answer their Lordships commanded me to send the enclosed copy letter from Mr Joseph Fugur, where he advises the captain that he shall not be able to launch her next spring.
