Richard Bubb, late Master Cook of the CORNWALL, has been appointed Master Cook of the NAMURE, the new 2nd Rate building at Woolwich. You are to enter him accordingly together with such allowance of wages and victuals for himself and servant. His warrant is to be dated 21 October 1696.
