Your letter of 21 October with a copy of one from the Commissioners of the Victualling about their want of money to furnish Sir Cloudesley Shovell's squadron with fresh provisions at Spithead, and to provide victuals for the LYME and EXPERIMENT, has been put before their Lordships. You are directed to write to the Treasurer of the Navy to solicit the Treasury for money.
