You are directed upon the arrival of the CROWN, HARWICH and DOVER at Plymouth and the WINCHELSEA at Sheerness, to have them cleaned and refitted for service in the Channel. The three former ships are to be victualled for 10 weeks, and the WINCHELSEA for 3 months.
