In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
You are directed upon the arrival of HARWICH at Plymouth, and the SMIRNA MERCHANT, either at that place or Portsmouth, to have them cleaned and refitted for a voyage to Virginia and later at the charge of her owners, victualled for 8 months each with their middle complement of men and you are to order their present number to be reduced.
