In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
Richard Colvin, Carpenter of the STAR bomb vessel, is to be appointed Master Carpenter of PHOENIX fireship, in place of the former removed to the BLACKWALL. You are to enter him accordingly together with such allowance of wages and victuals for himself and servant. His warrant is to be dated 24 October 1696.
