In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board

You are directed to give orders that the provisions for the LITCHFIELD, ANGLESEA, MARY galley and the GREYHOUND, in the Downes are to be completed from Dover as soon as possible to 10 weeks. You are also, with the Commissioner of the Registry, to consider the Act for the Registering of Seamen and to lay before us your opinion as to what defects there are in the act and what alterations or additions may be made, His Majesty intending to recommend it to Parliament.
