You are directed to have the His Majesty's ship the LOOE at Plymouth fitted out for a voyage to Virginia, instead of the SMYRNA MERCHANT lately ordered to be fitted for that voyage, and victualled for 8 months for her middle complement of men, the present number to be reduced.
