We have determined that the FOWEY shall go to New York to attend there in the room of the RICHMOND, which is to come home. The FOWEY has been ordered from Shoreham to Portsmouth and we direct you upon her arrival there to have her sheathed, fitted and stored for the voyage, manned to her middle complement of men and victualled for 8 months.
