In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board

We are informed that the LITCHFIELD, in the Downes, has but 6 days provisions for 360 men. The Lieutenant gave us an account that she cannot be supplied from Dover and you are therefore to give orders to the Commissioners of the Victualling that if this is so, then she should be supplied from the victualling vessel in the Downes.
