His Majesty in Council has directed that Instructions be prepared for the persons going to New England to inspect the naval commodities of the growth of production of that country, pursuant to the draft instructions prepared by you and sent to this Board. Also the amendments and alterations proposed by the Lords of the Council for Trade. We send you a copy of the representation from the Council of Trade and direct you to prepare instructions to be delivered to the persons nominated and to send us a copy of this.
