Ordering that the DUNKIRK, EDGAR, ESSEX and SWIFTSURE at the Nore be prepared for sea without delay and supplied with two months' Victuals for the first two and a fortnight's Victuals for the two last to enable them to proceed to Holland and return.The letter also mentions that the EDGAR and ESSEX are to continue to Hamburg.
