Document signed by Josiah Burchett (c.1666-1746), Secretary to the Admiralty (1694-1742)

The bedding ordered for Soldiers going on Foreign Service has not arrived at Portsmouth and the Admiralty wants to know why. At the foot of the page a note informs that the last of the consigment of bedding was sent to the White Heart Inn in Southwark last Saturday and that the carrier loaded them on Monday.
