Enclosing a copy of a letter from Captain Thomas Gardner of the EAGLE complaining that his Surgeon has not yet reported for duty; but a letter from Surgeons' Hall states that the Surgeon has been excused duty. The Navy Board is to act as it sees fit. Josiah Moseley has made complaints against one of the Lieutenants of the ST ANDREW and the Master of one of her Tenders which have been brought to the attention of the Admiralty. Orders have been sent to Captain Munden to try the whole matter at a Court Martial if the Tender comes to the Nore with a coal convoy.
