Confirming a Warrant given by Captain Andrew Leake Commander of the CANTERBURY dated 20th August 1696 for Samuel Spicer to be Purser of the Adventure in place of the former who has been moved to the CANTERBURY. Countersigned by William Bridgeman, Admiralty Board Secretary.
