The ships named on the reverse of this letter have been detailed to guard the mackerel fishing fleet and are to be victualled for between four and six weeks for their highest complements of Men. The ships are all 4th, 5th or 6th Rates and are to cover fishing areas extending from Yarmouth to Beachey Head.
