In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
We direct you to cause an allowance of Salary of fifty pounds per annum to be settled on Mr Thomas Power, Muster Master at Bideford, to commence from the 10th April 1696, the date of his Warrant for that employment, and you are to sign Bills quarterly on the Navy Treasurer for paying him according to the Course of the Navy Office.
