In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
The Commander of the FORESIGHT in the Downs has informed us that he cannot stow the whole quantity of Beer ordered for her, and desires therefore that he may receive Money for the remainder. We direct you to give Orders to the Victualling Commissioners to furnish Money in lieu of the Beer unable to be stowed, as is usual when Ships are bound on Foreign service.
