We direct you to give Orders to the Victualling Commissioners that they give us an account of what Money they have received for providing Victuals for the Fleet since Michaelmas, and what since Christmas last, either in Specie or otherwise, and also what quantity of Beer has been transported from the River Thames to Portsmouth since last Michaelmas.
