The Treasury Commissioners direct you to cause such Tallys and Orders as are in the hands of the Navy Treasurer on Account for Wages, to be assigned over by the Treasurer to such Officers and others as have Wages due, and are willing to take the same in payment for their respective Wages, and that the Interest shall go along with the said Tallys and Orders according to your proposal to their Lordships in your letter of the 5th inst.
