My Lords of the Admiralty having received a letter from Sir Robert Rich, a Member of this Board and Vice Admiral for the County of Suffolk, concerning some part of a wreck at Bardsey, their Lordships have commanded me to transmit to you an extract of the said letter for your consideration, and let them know whether you have any objection to the same.
