In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
We direct you to give us an opinion whether the RUPERT Prize is in a condition as to her Hull for a twelve months' voyage, and if not, whether she can speedily be made so.
Whereas the HAMPSHIE and OWNERS LOVE Fireships are designed on a particular Service,we direct you to cause them to be supplied at the Nore with a good quantity of Slop Clothes proper for an extreme cold voyage. You are also to cause the NAMUR to be furnished with two Vessels employed in the procuring of men for her.
We also direct you to give Oders to the Victualling Commissioners to transmit to us an Amount they they have received since the third of April last, either in Money or otherwise, for enabling them to provide Victuals for the Fleet.
