In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board

In pursuance of His Majesty's pleasure signified to this Board under his Signet and Sign Manual dated April 23rd last, we direct you to sign a Bill on the Navy Treasurer for the repaying to Sir George Rooke the sum of three hundred and nine pounds, he being Creditor for so much on his Account of Expence for Intelligence and other Secret Service while he commanded the Fleet in the Mediterranean, which Account his Majesty has approved and allowed of, a Copy whereof comes enclosed.
