Also they are to cause FOWEY's Provisions to be kept up till such time as she sails to New York, she at present employed between the Nore and the Downs.
The DUNKIRK, SWIFSURE and a Fireship now in the Downs, and bound to the East Country, are in need of Provisions to enable them to proceed, and you are to order the Victualling Commissioners to send a supply of Provisions to the Downs.
