In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board

We have received a letter from Mr Bulley, Muster Master at Portsmouth, relating to Money he has disbursed for the service. We send a Copy of the letter and direct you to consider this and give us your opinion.
We direct you to cause the MILFORD and RYE to be cleaned and refitted at Plymouth, and that they be furnished with two months or six weeks Provisions each at whole allowance for their highest complement of Men.
You are to let us know where the COVENTRY, now at the Nore, may be best cleaned and refitted with the greatest dispatch, and whether it cannot be conveniently done at Sheerness.
Admiral of the Fleet George Rooke has given us an account that no Provisions have yet arrived at the Nore. We send you an extract of hisletter and direct you to order the Victualling Commissioners to send Provisions there.
