The Admiralty Commissioners have received his Majesty's Order for paying the balance of an Account of Sir George Rooke. I am commanded by their Lordships to send you a Copy thereof enclosed, and to desire that you will give me an account for their information, whether you have any precedents for paying Money of a like nature as that Order directs, without seeing the Account first, or at least having the same transmitted to you with the Order.
