The Treasury Commissioners have this day directed the sum of one thousand pounds to the Navy Treasurer out of Exchequer Bills for William Culliford and Anthony Everden for Sail Cloth. You are to make Bills for the course of your Office to authorise the Treasurer to pay the said sum by delivering over to them the said Bills, and that the said sum be placed to the head of Wear and Tear.
