Upon the declaration of the Account of William Meestors for providing the Machines for the expedition against Dunkirk in the years 1692, 1693, 1694 and 1695, there is remaining due to him three thousand two hundred and twenty two pounds nine shillings and fivepence. The Treasury Commissioners direct you to make Bills according to the course of your Office to authorise the Navy Treasurer to pay William Neestors this Sum, and to assign the same for payment out of the Tallies and Orders remaining in the hands of the Treasurer on the Salt Act.
