We have appointed Captain Basil Beaumont to command the Squadron which is to lie off Dunkirk. We direct you to cause him to be furnished with the Signal Colours usual in like cases, and a Top Light, taking receipts for the same from the proper Officers of the ESSEX, which Ship he will board.
