The Commissioners for Sick and Wounded Seamen and Prisoners at War have certified the Treasury Commissioners that Mr Richard Povey, the Receiver for that Service, have by their Lords' direction discounted seven hundred and fifty pounds imprest to him in Banknotes, at the rate of twenty pounds five shillings per cent amounting to one hundred and fifty one pounds seventeen shillings and sixpence.
Their Lordships direct you to make out a Bill or Bills (according to the method of your Office) to the Navy Treasurer for allowing Mr Povey the said sum of one hundred and fifty one pounds seventeen shillings and sixpence for the discount of the aforesaid Banknotes.
