Captain Anderson, Commander of the Advice Boat EAGLE, has informed us by his letter of the 26th inst; from the Downs that he is kept there by reason of not being supplied with Masts. You are directed to cause her to be furnished with new Masts and repaired of her damages, as was directed by their Lordships on the 8th of this month.
