In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board

The Admiralty Commissioners take notice by your Report of the 13th April last on Mr Everetts business that in one of his letters he says he has seized above a hundred of the Kings Cask, although it is asserted that Pursers and others who are entrusted therewith are accountable for the same. You are directed to give them an account of what Mr Everett alleges and state if it is true.
