In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board

Wanting to know the amounts of money needed to pay the Men short allowance in ships which are not of the Line-of-Battle as per the annexed list, and instructing the Navy Board to apply to the Treasury for funds; and further instructing that the money already received by the Commissioners for Victualling for paying Men short allowance be sent to the Captains of their ships for disbursement. Sir George Row has complained that the money has was allocated for contigncies has not arrived.
