In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board

Urgently requiring a progress report on the supplying of Victuals for Soldiers going to Newfoundland; and requiring short allowance money to be sent to Portsmouth for the use of ships arriving in the Downs. And asking for a sum of money to be paid to Mr Whitaker to purchase vaults under the Admiralty Offices. The Comptroller of Victualling Accounts is to be ordered to report how many weeks supply of each specie is still available to meet the requirements of this year's Declaration.
