In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
Enclosing a copy of a letter from Captain Morrice, Commander of the ROYAL TRANSPORT, who has written to say that Captain Ripley her former commander has marked certain Men as having deserted. The Navy Board is instructed to look into the matter and erase the adverse entries.
