Enclosing a survey of the KENT and asking for an opinion as to what is to be done with her. Captain Robinson of the NAMURE has reported a leak. The Navy Board is to take action. And informing that the Captain of the KINGSTON at Hull has reported an acute shortage of foodstuffs.
