In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board

Acting on a Warrant dated 16th June Surveyors from Deptford have been at Mr Well's Yard in order to determine whether the ship being offered by Mr Freeman is 6th Rate compliant. The report refers to several compartments that are lacking and to masts and rigging still to be supplied. Estimates of costs are given. Signed by H.Wright; H.Harding; John Tippett; Sam.
