In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
Concerning the launching of the new 5th and 6th Rates building at Chatham which are to be named the LOWESTOFT and FLAMBOROUGH. The latter is to be crewed and armed as the MAIDSTONE and LOWESTOFT as the RYE. Both ships are to fitted out for service in the Channel and are to receive their highest complements of Men.
