In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
Noting that agreement has been reached with Mr Richard Wells to receive and rebuild the KENT, and confirming that Orders have been sent to her Chief Officer to bring her to Mr Wells dock the dock on the next Spring tide. Once their she is to be laid up and paid off. And enclosing an extract of a letter from the Commander of the DREADNOUGHT showing that she is in need of some minor repairs and directing that the work is to be carried out in the Downs.
