Ordering no delay in the victualling and fitting out of the DREADNOUGHT which is to convoy a Transport to Newfoundland with Provisions for soldiers. The DREADNOUGHT is to stow as much of the Provisions as she can herself in order for the Transport to be able to sail faster and to ensure that a portion of the Provisions reaches its destination.
