Countermanding an Order for the RUPERT Prize to be cleaned and refitted at Sheerness and directing that she be fitted for a voyage to the West Indies with her Crew reduced to her middle complement of Men. Any Crew remaining after the reduction are to be turned over into the RUBY Prize.
