Enclosing a copy of a letter from Captain Warrell of the DUKE concerning a James Monkman and a William Edlington who had joined on a voluntary basis and have since been pressganged from a merchant ship to whom they were lent. An order is made for them to be paid from the time they volunteered together with their Bounty money.
