In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
Captain Beaumont has reported that the Sqadron off Dunkirk is short of water. An Order is given for suitable vessels to be hired either in the Thames, at Dover or elsewhere and for water to be supplied immediatley, after which the vessels are to be discharged.
