Concerning the remuneration of Seamen and Officers under Pays and Recalls provisions and an arrangement made by Captain Richard Finch Commander of the GREENWICH before his death where he nominated his Brother Charles Finch Clerk of the Survey at Chatham to become his sole Executor and to receive his wages, an arrangement that is agreed should not be denied him by the rules of Pays and Recalls.
