In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
Ordering the FOWEY to be paid the seven months' short allowance money due to her provided she is not delayed embarking on her voyage to New York. Also enclosing a Bill of Exchange raised by Mr Parker the English Consul at Corunna for sending an Express to Madrid, together with a list of three-deck ships with a request as to what ports they are to be laid up in. The names of the ships and their current whereabouts are shown on the reverse.
