In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
Captain Jumper of the WEYMOUTH has recently taken a small French Man-of-War and brought her into Kinale. Their Lordships instruct that she should be surveyed and assessed and purchased as a fighting ship if suitable for use in the Channel and wish to be advised as to her Crew requirements and Armaments.
