Narrative of Lieutenant Charles Hare's escape from a French prison in 1809
Handwritten manuscript titled 'Narrative of the escape of Lieutenant C. Hare from the Prison of Sarre Libre in the Province of Lorraine on 12th of August 1809 aged nearly Twenty years'. Very similar to the 1832 manuscript (RMG ID: BGY/H/14/3/1) and probably written at around the same time, although it is undated.
