Reasons why a war between the Commonwealth of England and the United Provinces may be undertaken - no other rival but the Dutch in trade to foreign parts, who have by fraud and force destroyed commerce and reduced trade; examines Dutch inroads into English 'Turkey', East India and Africa trades and claims that a war with Holland would pay for the powder and shot expended, probably dated 1663/4.
